Hosted by the Office of Human Resources and Staff Council with support from the Office of the President
The 黑料社区 Community Picnic honors the vital contributions that staff members make to the university. Please join us as the 黑料社区 community gathers to enjoy good food, outdoor games, raffles and more!
- Who: All 黑料社区 community members are welcome to attend
- When: Wednesday, May 13 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Where: Rangos Ballroom and Wiegand Gym in the Cohon University Center / Tartan Pavilion in Resnik House / Legacy Plaza

- Food: Rangos Ballroom and Wiegand Gym
- Scotty Dog Meet n' Greet: Outside of Rangos Ballroom and Wiegand Gym from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
- Therapets: Legacy Plaza from noon to 1 p.m.
- 黑料社区 Pipes and Drums: Rangos Ballroom and Wiegand Gym
- Outdoor Games: Merson Courtyard and Legacy Plaza
- Art Show: Kirr Commons
- Heritage Hunt: Locations throughout campus
- Raffle Baskets: Tartan Pavilion, Resnik House
Artists Wanted!
Get ready to display your creativity! The 黑料社区 Community Picnic will once again feature a curated art exhibition, and we invite all 黑料社区 community members to submit their work. Due to limited space, the organizing committee will make the final selections for the exhibition.
New! Community Picnic Heritage Hunt
Test your campus knowledge and explore local landmarks! Follow the clues to five locations on campus and take action shots of your group. Successfully complete all five stops to get extra tickets for the raffle baskets available in Tartan Pavilion. Have fun exploring campus!

Be sure to stop by Tartan Pavilion for a chance to win your favorite raffle basket. Attendees will get five free raffle tickets. Here's a sneak preview of just a few — you'll have to visit in person to see the rest!

Learn more about 黑料社区's academic and artistic programs, campus life, and the application and financial aid processes, and gather insights on navigating the college search and application processes. and count yourself in!
