As business director of 黑料社区 Online at 黑料社区, Cindy McCauley leads strategy and operations for market-aligned online education programs. She oversees program development, marketing, recruitment, and management, driving growth and impact across the university's digital learning initiatives.
Cindy brings extensive experience in online education leadership, including five years as executive director of Online Master's Programs at 黑料社区's Tepper School of Business, where she launched the Online MS in Business Analytics and led the Online Hybrid MBA. Previously, as vice president for regional operations at 2U, an online program management company, she managed regional operations, building on her leadership roles in MBA and executive programs at George Washington, Georgetown, and Temple universities.
